amantha and Nithya Menen are the female leads in "24," which is produced by Suriya himself under his home banner of 2D Entertainment. Jnanpith laureate Girish Karnad, Ajay, Saranya Ponvannan, Sathyan, Mohan V Raman and others are part of the cast.

Two-time Oscar Award winner AR Rahman has scored the music for "24," whose "Kaalam En Kaadhali," "Naan Un," "Mei Nigara" and "Aararoo" songs have become chartbusters. Tirru and Prawin Pudi are the other key members of the technical team who have handled cinematography and editing departments, respectively.

"24" has simultaneously been made in Tamil and Telugu languages. The film has created positive vibes around it through promotional material, including the audio songs. Especially, the teaser and trailer have evoked a lot of curiosity among the audience, who are eager to know about the content of the film.

The rich visuals backed with Suriya's electrifying screen presence have drawn the attention of the viewers. The actor will be seen in multiple roles, including the character of antagonist Athreya.

"24" is a science-fiction on travel and what happens if a man has power to control the time is reportedly the crux of the story.
